Overall, I’m happy with it. It feels like a good value for the money, even if the delivery took a little longer than I expected. Not perfect, but definitely a solid choice.

"Really lovely fabrics"
I’ve picked up a few bits from TOAST now the fabrics are so nice. The cotton is thick but still soft, and the linen has gotten even better after a couple washes. Nothing feels cheap or scratchy at all. It’s def not the cheapest, but for the quality, it feels worth it to me.

"Customer service that actually helped"
I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed toa.st, not expecting much. But they got back to me quickly and sorted it out without making it a whole thing. The reply felt friendly too, not like one of those copy-and-paste responses. Yeah, I was really happy with how they handled it...

"I ordered a dress and a jumper from..."
I ordered a dress and a jumper from TOAST and, both are really lovely. The quality and style are exactly what I was hoping for. That said, the sizing does run a bit big, and before anyone says I should’ve checked, I did look at the size guide, but the dress was still roomier than expected. I ended up swapping it for a size down. The return process was fine, not amazing or anything, just took a few days to sort out. I’d still buy from them again, but I’d definitely double-check the measurements first.

"Lovely designs, but not always as good as everyone says"
I do really like the look of TOAST, and I get why so many people seem to rave about it. Some of the pieces I’ve bought feel lovely and really well made, especially compared with a lot of high street stuff. But my experience has been a bit mixed. One jumper started going bobbly after only a few wears, and a shirt shrank more than I expected, even though I was careful with washing it. For the price, I thought everything would hold up better. The designs are still really nice, but I’m not sure it always lives up to the hype.

"Love the clean, simple style"
I really like how simple and easy these are to wear. The cuts are nice, the style isn’t too loud, and they look ridiculously good without trying too hard.

"Fast delivery, simple return"
My order showed up really quickly, and the return was super easy with no hassle at all. I’m guessing they’ve got their shipping and returns process well organized, because everything went smoother than I expected.
