Since early November I have been trying to resolve my problem with Toast.Spoke on chatline, emailed and lastly by letter.I had ordered two garlands some Christmas decorations and only one garland arrived, I had been charged for two. However my trust was restored by a wonderful Manager at the Llandailo shop, so Toast please take notice , this is how you keep your customers.
